Rebecca is a British director and writer from Jersey, working across film, television and documentary. Her work is drawn to people at points of change — Her award-winning feature documentary POINT OF CHANGE, won several festival awards and was released theatrically in Australia and New Zealand by Madman Studio and is being distributed by Rainmaker for the UK, US and the rest of the world. Rebecca’s most recent film ALWAYS TOWARDS THE OCEAN was filmed in Jersey in 2026.
Rebecca has directed numerous short films including PRETTY BITCH, HARD TO SAY, JACK BLOND, QUICKSAND and THAT GIRL PEUGEOT which is currently available on Amazon Prime, and the documentary STEAMERS, which was commissioned by Channel 4 as part of the 'Shooting Gallery’ platform for new talent.
Rebecca worked for Adjust Your Set Agency in London directing creative commercial content for numerous big brands. Rebecca trained as a facilitator with Clean Break Theatre during covid and has a deep love of storytelling and tackling sensitive subjects.
Rebecca is a BAFTA Connect member, an alumni of Berlinale Talent Lab, Wonder Women TV, DIRECTORS UK INSPIRE scheme - a member of WFTV, Cinesisters, Primetime, Free The Work and DIRECTORS UK. Rebecca was selected for the Stowe Story Labs with her next narrative feature film and is attached to direct a feature in 2027 with details coming soon.

Rebecca has worked with a wide range of clients, creating commercials for big brands and NGOs including M+S (home, kids, lingerie), British Airways, Debenhams, Lloyds, HSBC, Brompton bikes, Homebase and many more.
Alongside filmmaking, Rebecca is helping build Screen Jersey, creating opportunities for the next generation of filmmakers on the island where she grew up. Her work beyond the screen spans ocean culture, education and conservation — all connected by a fascination with people, place, community and change.
